Goddess of Detox Dressing

Equipment: Blender
  • 2 c. Fresh Cilantro (Coriander), loosely packed, stems removed
  • 1 c. Plain Coconut Yogurt
  • 1/2 c. Olive Oil
  • 4 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 1/2 Sea Salt, to taste
  • Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and mix until a creamy consistency is achieved.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
