Goddess of Detox Dressing

- 2 c. Fresh Cilantro (Coriander), loosely packed, stems removed
- 1 c. Plain Coconut Yogurt
- 1/2 c. Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 1/2 Sea Salt, to taste
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and mix until a creamy consistency is achieved.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
