- 2 c. Black Beans, cooked
- 1 c. Tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 c. Fresh Cilantro (Coriander)
- 1/4 c. Green Bell Peppers, chopped
- 1/4 Red Onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Basil
- 1 Limes, juiced
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
