Cauliflower Mash

Servings: 2 c.
Equipment: Blender
  • 1 Cauliflower Heads
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Broth | Water, organic
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt, to taste
  • 1 tbsp. Dill | Chives, chopped
  • Lightly steam the cauliflower.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and mix on high.
  • Top with chopped dill/chives.
