Cauliflower Mash

Equipment: Blender
- 1 Cauliflower Heads
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp. Broth | Water, organic
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp. Dill | Chives, chopped
- Lightly steam the cauliflower.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix on high.
- Top with chopped dill/chives.
