Radish Salad

  • 12 oz. Red Radish, sliced
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt & Black Pepper
  • 1 c. Red Onions, sliced
  • 1 c. Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Lemons, juiced
  • Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss to combine.
  • Serve dressed with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
