Radish Salad

- 12 oz. Red Radish, sliced
- 1/8 tsp. Salt & Black Pepper
- 1 c. Red Onions, sliced
- 1 c. Cucumbers, sliced
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Dill, chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Lemons, juiced
- Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss to combine.
- Serve dressed with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
