- 1 c. Carrots, shredded
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/8 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
- Toss all ingredients and serve.
