- 1/4 c. Everyday Dressing
- 1 c. Kalamata Olives
- 1 Cucumbers
- 1 Avocados
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Green Bell Peppers
- 1/2 Red Onions
- Dice the cucumber, avocado, tomatoes, green pepper and red onion. Mix together.
- Serve with the Everyday Dressing.
