Turkey & Walnut Salad

  • 1/4 c. Apple Cider & Honey Vinaigrette
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 lb. Turkey Breasts, cubed
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
  • 4 c. Butter Lettuce Heads
  • 1/2 c. Carrots, shredded
  • 1 c. Blueberries
  • 1/2 c. Black Walnuts
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. To the oil, add the turkey, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, until turkey is cooked through. Remove the turkey and let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, add the turkey with the next 4 ingredients (butter lettuce through walnuts)
  • Add the vinaigrette to the turkey mixture and toss to combine.

  • 1/4 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Avocado Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tsp. Honey
  • 1 Oranges, zested
  • In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
