The Cowboy Burger

  • 4 The Burger
  • 1 tbsp. Creamy Horseradish
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Hamburger Buns
  • In a small bowl, stir together the horseradish and mayonnaise. Set aside.
  • Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil, onion, and salt to the pan and cook for 10 minutes, or until the onions are softened and browned.
  • Toast the buns in the pan and spread the top and bottom halves of each bun with the horseradish mayo. Put a cooked patty on each of the bottom buns, and top each with a quarter of the onions. Set a second patty on top of the onions and top with the remaining onions. Add the top bun.

You can also cook the burgers in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side.

  • 1 lb. 80% Ground Beef
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 4 Hamburger Buns
  • In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Wet your hands with cold water and mix to combine.
  • Wet your hands with cold water again, divide the meat into 4 portions, and roll into balls. Form the balls into patties about ¼-inch thick.
  • Heat the grill to 400°F for 15 minutes. Grill the patties for 3–4 minutes per side.
  • Toast the buns, put a burger on each, top with your favorite condiments and enjoy,
