Spiced Kale Chips

  • 1 c. Fresh Kale, chopped into small pieces
  • 1/8 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well to coat leaves evenly.
  • Place kale onto a prepared baking sheet, and spread out evenly.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the leaves are slightly crispy.
  • Serve immediately.
