Spiced Kale Chips

- 1 c. Fresh Kale, chopped into small pieces
- 1/8 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well to coat leaves evenly.
- Place kale onto a prepared baking sheet, and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the leaves are slightly crispy.
- Serve immediately.
