Maple Syrup & Balsamic Dressing

- 2 tbsp. Avocado Oil
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
- 1/8 tsp. Salt & Pepper, to taste
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the avocado oil through the thyme. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
