Ginger-Lime Dressing

- 1/2 c. Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp. Ginger, grated
- 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 4 tsp. Honey
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
- In a small bowl, whisk the lime juice through honey. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
