Ginger-Lime Dressing

  • 1/2 c. Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp. Ginger, grated
  • 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 4 tsp. Honey
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
  • In a small bowl, whisk the lime juice through honey. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
