Cucumber Salad

  • 2 Cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced (about 1½ cups)
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Dill, finely chopped
  • 1/3 c. Plain Coconut Milk | Plain Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar | Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Serve with hot meals.
