Cucumber Salad

- 2 Cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced (about 1½ cups)
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Dill, finely chopped
- 1/3 c. Plain Coconut Milk | Plain Coconut Yogurt
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar | Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve with hot meals.
