Baked Zucchini

  • 1 Fresh Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Slice the zucchini into medium-thick slices and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the zucchini in a non-stick baking dish and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender.
