Honey Glazed Chicken

- 1 c. Rice, to serve
- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. Cooking Oil
- 1/8 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
To Serve
- 2 tbsp. Green Onions, sliced
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl; set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir chicken in hot oil until lightly brown, about 5 minutes.
- Pour honey mixture into the skillet; continue to cook and stir until chicken is no longer pink in the center and sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes more.
- Serve hot on steamed rice and garnished with sliced green onions.

- Rinse the rice in hot water until it blooms and the water runs clear.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions. Store in the refrigerator.
