  • 1 Cucumbers, chopped
  • 1 Red Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Black Olives (OLIVES), pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 c. Carrots, shaved
  • 1 c. Leaves of Lettuce (BABY LETTUCE GREENS)
  • 1/2 c. Broccoli Sprouts (BROCCOLI), cooked
  • 1 Watermelon (GODDESS OF DETOOX DRESSING, p145)
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve.
