Exercise Recovery Smoothie

- 3/2 c. Frozen Blueberries | Frozen Blackberries
- 3/2 c. Cantaloupe Melon, seeded and peeled
- 3/4 c. Protein Powder, unflavored or vanilla (see link in introduction)
- 3 tsp. Flax Seeds
- 3/4 c. Almonds
- 3 c. Coconut Water
- 3/8 tsp. Pink Himalayan Salt
- 6 Ice Cubes
- Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
