Sautéed Chicken & Garlic Cauliflower Mash
Sautéed Chicken & Garlic Cauliflower Mash
- 1 c. Cauliflower Mash
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
- 1 Lemons, zested
- 1 tsp. Fresh Thyme, chopped
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the coconut oil.
- To the skillet, add the chicken, lemon zest, thyme, and salt & pepper. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with cauliflower mash.

Cauliflower Mash🌐
- 1 Cauliflower Heads
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp. Broth | Water, organic
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp. Dill | Chives, chopped
- Lightly steam the cauliflower.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix on high.
- Top with chopped dill/chives.
