Honey-Mustard Dressing

- 1/4 c. Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1/8 tsp. Salt & Pepper, to taste
- To make the vinaigrette: Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and shake until combined.
- Add salt and pepper, to taste.
