Pico de Gallo

  • 12 Roma Tomatoes, diced small
  • 2 c. Fresh Cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 2 Fresh Jalapeño Chilies, deseeded and minced
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 2 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss to combine.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
