Beets

- 4 Beets, peeled
- 1/4 c. Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Lemons, juiced
- 1/8 tsp. Sea Salt, to taste
- Steam the beets for 15 minutes.
- Set beets aside to cool down until cool enough to handle.
- Dice beets and toss with parsley, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and sea salt.
