Beets

  • 4 Beets, peeled
  • 1/4 c. Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Lemons, juiced
  • 1/8 tsp. Sea Salt, to taste
  • Steam the beets for 15 minutes.
  • Set beets aside to cool down until cool enough to handle.
  • Dice beets and toss with parsley, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and sea salt.
