  • 8 Eggs
  • Place eggs in cold water, enough to cover the eggs by about an inch.
  • Bring the water up to a rolling boil using high heat. Then remove from heat.
  • Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Rinse eggs under cold water until they are chilled. Serve.

Goddess of Detox Dressing🌐

Cauliflower Rice🌐

  • 1 Cauliflower Heads
  • Remove the leaves and core from the cauliflower, and cut the head into 4 pieces.
  • Using a grater, on the medium grate side, grate the cauliflower chunks until no more remain.

Breakfast

Simple 4-Ingredient Egg Salad with Mayo🌐

  • 6 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 6 tbsp. Mayo
  • 3/8 tsp. Salt & Black Pepper
  • Chop the hard boiled eggs. Add half of them to a bowl, followed by the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, then mix in the rest of the chopped eggs for texture.
  • Give the egg salad a taste, then adjust the seasonings to your liking. Store in the fridge in an airtight container. Serve cold, and enjoy!

Lunch

Tahini Carrot Slaw🌐

From Jamie Oliver's 5 Ingredients

Equipment: Stove & Mortar & Pestle
  • 2 tbsp. Raw Mixed Seeds
  • 1 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Lemons
  • 8 oz. Large Mixed-Color Carrots
  • 2 Apples
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt & Black Pepper
  • Toast the seeds in a dry non-stick frying pan on a medium heat until lightly golden, tossing regularly, then remove.
  • Put three-quarters of the seeds into a pestle and mortar with a pinch of sea salt, and pound until fairly fine. Peel and add the garlic, then smash to a paste. Squeeze in the lemon juice, then muddle in 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and a tiny drebble of red wine vinegar to make a delicious tahini-style dressing.
  • Wash the carrots, then finely slice into matchsticks with a good knife or using the julienne cutter on a mandolin (use the guard!). Core and slice the apples the same way, then toss both with the tahini dressing. Taste, season to perfection with salt and black pepper, then scatter over the remaining seeds.

Dinner

Warm Potato Salad with Bacon Dressing🌐

Finely chopped spring onions (scallions) can replace the chopped chives and/or chopped parsley, if you like.

  • 2 lb. Small New Potatoes
  • 3/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Onions, chopped
  • 6 oz. Smoked Bacon Slices, diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar | Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt & Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Scrape or rub off the skins from the new potatoes and cook in salted water with the mint for about 10 minutes, or until just tender. Drain and allow to cool a little, then turn into a salad bowl.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, then add the onion and cook until just softening. Add the diced bacon to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes, until beginning to crisp up.
  • Add the garlic and cook for another minute or so, and then add the chopped herbs, the vinegar, mustard and seasoning to taste, remembering that the bacon may be salty.
  • Pour the dressing over the potatoes. Toss gently to mix, and serve warm.

Rainbow Stir-Fry Veggies🌐

  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 c. Cherry Tomatoes (OR RED BELL PEPPERS)
  • 1 Orange Bell Peppers (OR SWEET POTATO), diced
  • 1 c. Fresh Pineapple (PINEAPPLE (may be frozen) | YELLOW BELL PEPPER), diced
  • 2 Fresh Zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 Purple Potatoes (PURPLE CABBAGE), chopped
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes (PURPLE SWEET POTATOES), diced small
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
  • In a wok (or large skillet), turn the heat to medium-high and add the coconut oil.
  • When melted, add the tomatoes through cabbage, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the sweet potato and continue to cook until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Sausage & Apple Bake🌐

  • 2 Red Onions
  • 2 Apples
  • 4 Parsnips
  • 12 Chipolata | Small Pork Sausages
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil, divided
  • 1 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Place a large non-stick ovenproof frying pan on a medium-high heat.
  • Peel the onions, cut into quarters, and quickly break apart into petals directly into the pan, tossing regularly, then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
  • Quarter and core the apples, then toss into the pan.
  • Use a vegetable peeler to peel the parsnips into long strips. Stir 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar into the frying pan, then pile the parsnips on top of the apples and onions.
  • Lay the sausages on top, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add a pinch of black pepper from a height.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then drizzle over the honey and return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until golden and delicious.

Cauliflower Rice (Mediterranean-Inspired)🌐

  • 1 c. Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Onions, diced small
  • 1 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 Lemons, juiced
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Oregano
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the avocado oil.
  • Add the cauliflower rice and onion and cook for 5 minutes, or until desired texture is achieved.
  • Add the garlic, and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Remove the rice from heat, and add the lemon juice through parsley. Stir well to combine.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Chips and Salsa🌐

  • 3 oz. Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips
  • 3/4 c. Salsa
  • Eat chips with salsa.

Cut Watermelon🌐

  • 1 Watermelon
  • Cut the watermelon. Eat the watermelon. Enjoy the watermelon.

Snacks

Apricot Butter Bars🌐

Store in an airtight container. The cook time may vary depending on the model of dehydrator you use.
Total time: 130 min
Servings: 5
  • 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 3 tbsp. Nut Butter | Seed Butter, unsweetened
  • 1/2 c. Dried Figs
  • 3/2 c. Dried Apricots
  • 3 tbsp. Coconut Flakes, dried
  • 1 c. Granola | Muesli
  • Add the ingredients to a food processor and combine well until a ball of thick paste is formed
  • Scoop the ingredients out onto a large piece of baking paper
  • Cover the mixture with the excess paper and flatten slightly
  • Roll out with a rolling pin until the mixture forms a flat slab about 1.5 cm thick
  • Dehydrate for approximately 12 hours at 125 degrees.
  • If you do not have a dehydrator you could either set these bars in the fridge, or cook them at the ovens lowest temperature for a day. If you are storing them in the fridge rather than dehydrating them they will be a little sticky. Dehydrating them removes the moisture and makes them easier to store and eat.

Hummus and Crackers🌐

  • Dip the crackers in the hummus. Enjoy!

Dessert

Portuguese Custard Tarts🌐

Fresh custard can be quickly made in the microwave. Mix together 25gl/1oz custard powder, 15g/½oz sugar and 17oz5ml/6 fl oz milk in a small bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for 1 further 20-30 seconds to thicken.

  • 8 oz. Ready-Made Puff Pastry, thawed
  • 3/4 c. Ready-Made Custard
  • 2 tbsp. Confectioners' Sugar
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F. Roll out the pastry and cut out twelve 13cm/5in rounds. Line a 12-hole patty tin (muffin pan) with the pastry rounds.
  • Line each pastry round with a circle of baking parchment and some baking beans or uncooked rice.
  • Bake the tarts for 10-15 minutes, or until the pastry is cooked through and golden. Remove the paper and baking beans or rice and set aside to cool.
  • Spoon the custard into the pastry cases and dust with the icing sugar. Place the tarts under a preheated hot grill (broiler) and cook until the sugar carmelizes. Remove from the heat and leave to cool before serving.

Banana Pancakes🌐

  • 2 tsp. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 c. Fresh Mixed-Berries, for garnishing
  • Melt coconut oil in a pan.
  • Blend banana and egg in a mixer until batter consistency is achieved (30 sec to 1 minute).
  • Pour batter into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Cut strawberries in half to garnish.
