- 4 c. Ground Pork | Ground Beef | Ground Turkey
- 1 White Onions, diced
- 1/2 c. Mushrooms, chopped
- 1 Eggs
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, onion, mushrooms, sea salt, pepper, and egg, and mix and mash together.
- Form 8–12 patties and lay them on a baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F, until meat is cooked through.
